  • Refunds may be considered only in cases of duplicate payment or technical error.
  • To request a refund:
    • Submit a written request within 7 days of payment.
    • Provide proof of transaction.
    • Approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days to the original payment method.
  • Admission cancellations must be requested in writing.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations after enrolment confirmation.
