Mrs. Soni Chaddha is a dynamic professional with a diverse educational background and extensive experience in the fields of academia, admissions counseling, and human resources. She holds a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from GBIT, Meerut, and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration (BBA) from ACOE, Meerut.

Currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Applications at Astron College of Education, Meerut, Mrs. Chaddha brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role. Her commitment to academic excellence and her passion for teaching make her a valuable asset to the institution.

Prior to her current position, Mrs. Chaddha gained three years of teaching experience as an MBA faculty member at GBIT from 2015 to 2018. During her tenure, she imparted knowledge and skills to aspiring business professionals, contributing to their academic and professional growth.

In addition to her teaching experience, Mrs. Chaddha has also worked as an admission counselor at various institutions. She served as an admission counselor at IIBM and MIBM in Meerut, where she played a crucial role in guiding prospective students through the admission process and providing them with valuable information about academic programs and career opportunities.

Before venturing into the education sector, Mrs. Chaddha gained valuable experience in human resources as an HR professional at Mahindra and Mahindra Automobile Company in Meerut. In this role, she was responsible for recruitment, employee relations, and other HR functions, demonstrating her versatility and adaptability in different professional environments.
